Because of the number and types of surgical procedures performed at East Cooper Regional Medical Center, we recently expanded our operating room capabilities. Working with our surgical team—surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses and techs—we’ve enhanced our service systems to better accommodate the variety of patient needs.

More than half of our surgical patients are “same day surgeries.” With that in mind, we developed an area that is easy to get to. You park right outside the Same Day Surgery entrance and are registered in the department. After your procedure, your ride may pull right up and have you home quickly.
