Our Emergency Department is open 24/7.  What good are emergency services if they’re only available during certain hours?  At East Cooper Regional, our highly-skilled ER physicians and staff are prepared to deliver full-service emergency care no matter when you need it.  And we’re the only medical center on this side of the river that is.

Whether you need treatment for a jellyfish sting, a sprained ankle, or chest pain, come to East Cooper Regional.  Our physicians are board-certified in emergency medicine and are on stand-by to treat newborns through geriatrics. And there is an added comfort of knowing that our Emergency Department is part of the hospital, so all of the services are on-site.

The hospital location, immediately off of I-526 is easily accessible to areas throughout the Lowcountry. And parking is both free and convenient.
