In the nineteen eighties, Mount Pleasant was a small community with a need for quality healthcare closer to home. East Cooper Regional Medical Center responded, making the healthcare needs of this community our priority.
Our 25-year commitment to this community holds strong, which is why we are building a new hospital – one that has expanded in size to continue to meet the needs of East Cooper.
And while we are extremely proud of the beautiful facility we will soon call home, we are even more proud of our true beauty that lies within: The beauty shown by the compassionate caring of our doctors, nurses and entire team of healthcare professionals.
