Physician Portal

Welcome to the East Cooper Physician Portal. This online resource allows you to access valuable information easily. You can log in to the Physician Portal and search for images in PACS (picture archiving and communication system) from your office or home computer.

Physician Instructions for Home and Office Computers:

Click Tools & Applications
Under My Applications click Physician Portal

First time users must register. Click on “New Credentialed Physician” register here and enter your unique ID & NPI.

Follow all the prompts, answer security questions and establish password.  At completion of these screens there is a link to go back to

First-time users must set up their preferences on the portal site. Remember on the last page to save and close or you will be in an endless loop.
