Erika Walton, PT
Erika is originally from the Jersey Shore. She graduated with a BS in Biology from Monmouth University in NJ, where she also played softball. Erika earned her Master of Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA. She has worked as a physical therapist in the outpatient setting for 16 years, locally in Charleston for 10 years. Her primary interest is in treating orthopedic patients and using special interventions including instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and trigger point dry needling.
Erika lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband Brian and 9 year old son Greyson. She enjoys being an active mentor with Tri It For Life Charleston, a group that introduces the sport of Triathlon to woman of all ages and activity levels. She enjoys biking, the beach, and watching SEC football. Go Dawgs!!
